Maybe You Like It  Presents...

A Christmas Present Just For You...

This Holiday Season, Maybe You Like It Productions are proud to present a brand new audio sketch comedy show, THE HALF-HOUR COMEDY HOUR.

Gather round the wireless (headphones), tune in, and revel in absurdist sketch comedy from some of the minds behind Edinburgh Fringe 2019 hit Redacted Arachnid.

We invite you to a half-hour long hour of comedy, finding the zany and bizarre in the most mundane of places, inspired by those cosy nights snuggled up by the radio that none of the show's creators were alive to experience.

Although the show is free to listen, we encourage you to donate what you can to Oxford-based charity The Gatehouse. Oxford has one of the largest homeless populations in the UK excluding Central London, so we partnered with the local charity to support them through the difficult 2020 winter. Our listners' donations contributed to the raising of over £13,000 in 2020, but this winter won't be any easier, so if you are just finding the show now, please give what you can. You can find out how to do so here.

The Gatehouse provides a range of free services to Oxford’s homeless community from its centre in Woodstock Road. Food and drink have always formed its core service, and despite the current pandemic they have been able to continue running a daily takeaway café combined with home deliveries to vulnerably-housed guests in place of their usual drop-in café. Their growing Casework Team, together with a new Counsellor have also been able to continue providing advice and support on a wide range of guests’ personal issues by operating via telephone and online.
